So this here's my gemsona application for , and I must say I'm a little worried she might be considered inappropriate.

I'm sure I don't need to point out why.
But onto her written information I suppose, for those who have trouble reading the text and for extra exposition~!

Name: Golden South Sea Pearl
Nicknames: Golden Pearl, or simply GP
Pronouns: She/her/hers
Dance style: Belly-dancing
Weapon: Magical sand that billows out into a cloud when thrown, glass frit and shards
Rank: Bellydancer (Entertainer)/Illusionist (Uses her ability to create illusions in windswept sand)
Abilities:
Golden Pearl has the ability to turn fine sand into glass frit, however if the sand is more dense and coarse the result is glass shards instead
She also has the ability to telepathically influence the direction said frit/shards will subsequently fly into
Personality:
Golden Pearl is gentle at heart, and often tries to be as much as possible. However, there are times when she can be quite selfish, fulfilling her own needs before anyone else's if she sees fit. During arguments, she is also likely to be crass, and say insensitive things she'll regret and feel guilty about later. Despite these traits she is not an inherently bad gem, and true to her nature as a pearl she can and will be fiercely loyal when the time arises for it.
She is also, some could say, a bit of a tease.

Backstory:
Golden Pearl started out as any pearl does, being made for another gem deemed worthy of one for the sole purpose of sitting around to look pretty and make their gem look more important. Golden Pearl herself was custom made, her gem being one of incredible value and gifted to a war veteran for their auspicious deeds. This would prove to be a lonely life, however, as said war veteran held no interest in interacting with her pearl. To wile away the time, Golden Pearl would entertain herself with fantasies of a faraway place, bathed in gold, where she could be free and gems would gaze upon her dance with utter adoration. And so it was like this for many thousands of years.
Until one day her gem did not return from combat. Days passed, weeks passed, and eventually Golden Pearl realised she would have to leave Homeworld in order to try and find her gem. And it was as a result of that decision, that she came to land on a foreign world. Months of travelling later, she had entered a place full of sand, where gold stretched for miles far beyond what the eye could see, and among it, a kingdom...

Since that day, Golden Pearl has remained a member of the Egyptian Empire, having finally found the freedom and notice she once dreamed of.
As well as a hobby in blowing glass to create statues!
